The short version: we ask for your email address so we can send you one email a week. We do not keep what you write inside the tools, we do not sell anything to anyone, and you can leave at any time.

What we collect

Your email address, if you give it to us. That is the only personal information we ask for. No name, no password, no phone number.

Basic visit statistics. Which pages get opened, how many people opened them, and roughly where visitors came from. This is counted in aggregate and is not tied to you personally.

A small file on your device that records which tools you have unlocked, so you are not asked for your email every time you return. It contains no personal information.

What we do not collect

What you write inside the tools stays on your device. End of Day, for example, keeps no record of your reflection. It exists in your browser while you are using it and disappears when you close the tab. We never see it, and neither does anyone else.

We do not track you across other websites, build advertising profiles, or use third-party advertising cookies.

The one exception, and it matters

Tools that hold a conversation, such as Practice Gospel Conversations, have to send what you type to an AI service in order to reply. That text goes to Anthropic, the company that makes the AI model, and is handled under their policies. We do not store it, but it does leave your device.

If you would rather not have something processed that way, do not type it into a conversational tool. Tools that do not need an AI service, including Your Spiritual Gifts and End of Day, send nothing anywhere at all.

Who else is involved

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. All of them operate in the United States, so if you are visiting from elsewhere, your information is processed there.

The email we send

One email a week about a spiritual practice, with a tool inside it. Some issues include a sponsor message, which is always labeled as such. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with sponsors or anyone else.

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Use it and you stop hearing from us. You do not have to explain why, and there is no confirmation step designed to talk you out of it.

Your choices

For any of these, write to the address below.

Children

These tools are made for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us an email address, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who we share it with, we will say so in the weekly email rather than quietly updating this page.
